The Programme Advisory Office, which opened in mid - August 2016, assisted close to 1,400 students in the weeks leading up to and during the most recent registration period. A team of twelve postgraduate students assisted the newly appointed, Programme Advisor, Caitriona McGrattan, in preparing the new first year students and the Year 2 continuing students to engage with the new Maynooth Curriculum.
The team of postgraduate students from across all three faculties were available in locations throughout the campus to answer student queries on subject combinations, programme pathways, elective streams and so much more. The PG students also manned a Call Centre for the month of September, which answered email and telephone queries.
