Donation
When you become a Maynooth Affinity Credit Cardholder, Bank of Ireland will donate €15 to MU. The more former students and staff that join, the more our community benefits.
Ongoing Contribution
Bank of Ireland will also donate a percentage of the annual spend on your card – at no cost to you and without disclosing any of your confidential account details.

No annual fee
With a Maynooth Affinity Credit Card you pay NO annual fee.
3 more cardholders
You can add up to three more cardholders to your account and you only have to pay just one annual government stamp duty.
Protection
Buy things with your Affinity card and they're covered by chargeback rights which protect you in the event of damaged goods or services/goods that you never receive plus you're protected in the event of fraudulent activity.
Interest free credit
You get 8 weeks to pay back the full balance without paying any interest (you can get up to 56 days interest-free). It's a great way to manage your cash flow because you can wait until your next 'payday' to pay off the balance.
