Exam Transcripts/Copy of your Degree

An Academic Transcript of Results provides a breakdown of results for all qualifications and subjects studied at Maynooth for each year of study. It also gives details of the award and conferring date where appropriate.

If you need to organise a copy of your exam transcripts, please contact our Student Records and Registration Office.

Please note for data protection reasons, exam transcripts are sent by post; electronic copies are not provided.

If you graduated before 1990

Please note;

There is a charge of €15 for these transcripts which can be sent by cash, cheque or postal order made payable to Student Records Office Maynooth University. Transcripts will be processed when payment is received.
To obtain Higher Diploma in Education Transcripts, please contact the Education Department .

Don't need exam transcripts but do require a copy of your degree/parchment

Copies of your degree/parchment (in English or in the original Latin) are available from Document Services for Graduates from the NUI. Please note, there is a charge of €50 for each parchment/document issued.
