Dr. Conchúr Ó Maonaigh Awarded SEAI Postdoctoral Fellowship for Research on Just Transitions in the Irish Transportation Sector.
Dr Conchúr Ó Maonaigh has been awarded a €202,342.25 postdoctoral fellowship by the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) to undertake a research project titled ‘Ireland’s Low-Carbon Transport Sector: The Road to a Just Transition.’

Celebrating Dr Ronan Foley’s Contribution to Health Geography
Colleagues, students, alumni, and friends recently gathered in Rocque Lab in Rhetoric House to celebrate the career and retirement of Dr Ronan Foley. An Associate Professor in the Department of Geography and member of the Assisting Living and Learning Institute (ALL) and Social Sciences Institute (MUSSI). Ronan’s research explores the relationship between place and health—how our environments influence well-being, access to care, and quality of life.
