Maynooth Law Grad Katrina Morrison appointed as Administrative Law Judge in the US.
Commenting on the appointment, Judge Morrison remarked: "Having pursued mediation since graduation as well as working in the surrogates' courts, my education and experiences have given me this opportunity and I am thrilled to share the news of my appointment."

David Mangan speaks on the Platform to Business Directive
Dr David Mangan spoke at the European Trade Union Confederation’s Future of Work conference in Brussels on research that is being conducted with Karol Muszyński, and Valeria Pulignano. The presentation outlined how the EU’s new Platform Work Directive (PWD) and the Platform to Business Regulation (P2B) interact.

Clíodhna Murphy publishes piece in Legal Studies
The article analyses MK (Albania) v Minister for Justice and Equality, a landmark decision of the Irish Supreme Court on deportation and human rights which considers the right to respect for private life - in the sense of social ties within the State - in the context of expulsion.
