This course will be taught via a mixture of seminars, mentoring sessions, supported reflection hours and further asynchronous learning. Students will participate in three block seminar sessions delivered virtually and supported by a tutorial session. Typically, these sessions will be morning or afternoon, midweek or weekends. The schedule for these sessions will be made available before the course start date to enable full-time working students to plan their calendar effectively. Additionally, students will participate in a formal mentoring programme which includes hour long mentoring sessions and reflection hours. The mentoring will be conducted via face-to-face and virtual options with the mentees. Mentorship will be facilitated as a structured session during a larger education programme. These sessions will be scheduled and managed by the academic team in Maynooth University. There is ongoing support and contact with the tutor throughout the course.

Course Duration: 12 weeks, part-time
