Household resilience and crisis in Europe

The RESCuE project has issued a call for papers for its final scientific conference on 'Household resilience and crisis in Europe'.  The conference will take place at the Berlin Social Science Centre in Germany on 17th January 2017.  Papers are invited on theoretical considerations and empirical findings on issues including resilience, migration and refugees, community and urban resilience, resilient practices of low-income, working-poor, unemployed and other vulnerable persons and households.  Other contributions such as ecological aspects of resilience and collective resilience to public violence are also welcome.  Abstracts are due by October 17th, 2016.  A travel support grant of up to €300 euro will be awarded to the best abstracts.  For further details please see the RESCuE project website.
