Why study German with us?
The Department has Erasmus links with over twenty universities in Germany and Austria. As a student, you will have a twin focus on language and culture. You will aim to become a fluent speaker and writer of German, through language classes and with supporting material such as film, television and outings to cultural events. If you’re a beginner, you will have an opportunity to take intensive language classes.
