About

I am an experienced administrative professional with a background spanning higher education, human resources, finance, consumer goods, non-profit, and holistic therapies. Currently, I work as a part-time Executive Assistant in Chinese Studies at Maynooth University, where I support academic administration, events and social media within the School of Modern Languages, Literatures, and Cultures.

Previously, I held a role in HR, where I focused on onboarding and policy development, and I served as Finance Manager for a registered charity and Personal Assistant to an Author, managing charity governance, financial accounts, and event coordination. Additionally, I run my own holistic sound therapy and reflexology business, where I offer therapies with a person-centred approach.

My qualifications include an ITEC Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathology, ITEC Diploma in Reflexology, as well as a Sound Healing Holistic Therapist from the Federation of Holistic Therapies (FHT). Outside of work, I enjoy community engagement; I served as Chairperson and Vocalist with the Maynooth Gospel Choir and have been a basketball coach for local schools and clubs, where I’ve organised and led programmes that encourage good sportsmanship and personal growth.
