Associate Dean for Research and Engagement
The Associate Dean for Research and Engagement (ADRE) plays a key role in promoting excellence and innovation in research across the Faculty. Their responsibilities include implementing strategic initiatives, advising the Dean on the Faculty’s research strategy, and supporting postgraduate and postdoctoral researchers.
The ADRE collaborates closely with the Vice-President for Research, the Research Development Office and the Graduate Reserach Academy to ensure the Faculty’s research strategy aligns with the broader University policies and goals.
The role was established in 2022 to strengthen the Faculty’s research initiatives and engagement.
The current Associate Dean for Research and Engagement is Dr Anne O'Brien.
