Launch of the First Edition of "MU Student Philosophy Supplement"

The MU Philosophy Society recently launched the first issue of the new student Philosophy Supplement. This bi-annual publication is managed by MU Philosophy students, who source contributors and edit the publication. The members of the publications's editorial board include Aleksi Gramatikov, Sheilagh Roisin Noon, Matthew Doggett, Louis Shibu Thomas, Charles Piecyk, Tiffany Lotoc and Ciaran Sinclair.

Aleksi, a third year student, gave a speech which spoke to the power of the supplement to be "a medium for the promotion and support of the student voice at Maynooth University," and expressed his hope that it would be a bulwark and testament to the importance of the arts and humanities.
