I have been teaching German and English at the secondary level since 2006. 

Research Interests:
post-primary foreign language teaching; virtual exchange; intercultural communicative competence; willingness to communicate; Grounded Theory. 
Right now, I am researching the extent to which virtual exchange through German as a lingua franca and German as a foreign language
affects the acquisition of intercultural communicative competence and willingness to communicate among undergraduate students of German.
