In March 2020, Mac MacLachlan - Co-Director of the ALL Institute and Professor of Psychology and Social Inclusion, Maynooth University - took up the position of Clinical Lead for Disability in the Irish Health Service (HSE). Mac is being seconded from Maynooth University to the HSE for 50% of his time in this new role. He is also a member of the Steering Committee for the Health Sector Psychosocial Plan in Response to Covid-19 and a related committee specially addressing online mental health supports for health and social care services staff and volunteers during Covid-19.
