Selecting the appropriate model of handset to upgrade to is something that you will need to discuss with IT Services. If you wish to upgrade your handset please email servicedesk@mu.ie stating your:
And IT Services will contact you to discuss your options.
Costs of upgrade must be paid by the relevant department. Individuals wishing to upgrade their handset will have to fill out a Requisition Form before an order can be processed.
To call the Switchboard:
Lift the handpiece and Dial 9.
To make an Internal Call:
Lift the handpiece and dial the Extension Number you require.
To make an External Call:
Lift the handpiece and dial 0 followed by the Telephone Number you require.
